Unless there is any on-ground safety or physical risk concerned, a builder cannot deny access to the property to any neutral inspection-related person. Unfortunately, we are not able to give our judgment on photos or media files that are not taken by authorize or authentic sources or by our consultants. We give judgments based on statistical data, physical assessment reports, and other required examinations and evaluations of relevant field professionals. As per the contract by the landowner and builder, when the project completes, the builder issues the final invoice and notice of complete which means that builder’s job is done as per promise.
